FinProposal is a financial proposal marketplace where institutions list financial products (loans, insurance, investments), and users (partners or clients) can explore, share, or submit proposals. We also offer commission opportunities for affiliates or partners who help convert leads into sales.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. Business users must be registered entities in India with valid licenses where applicable.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

5. Proposal Listings

All proposals are listed by verified financial institutions, consultants, or product providers.

FinProposal does not endorse, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of proposals. Proposals marked as "Active" are available for interaction and commission; "Expired" ones are for reference only.

6. Commission & Earnings

Users who refer proposals that convert into confirmed deals are eligible for a commission. Commission percentages vary by product and are displayed on the platform.

FinProposal verifies each conversion before processing commissions. Payouts are subject to valid banking/KYC details and are processed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

7. Partner Responsibilities

Partners must not share fake or misleading client information. Any form of abuse, fraud, spamming, or manipulation may lead to account suspension or legal action.

Partners may track their earnings and referral status from their dashboards.

8. Content Ownership

All content, logos, proposals, and trademarks on the site belong to FinProposal or its partners and cannot be reused without explicit permission.

Users submitting proposals must ensure all submitted materials are original or properly licensed.

9. Disclaimers

FinProposal is not a financial advisor or product manufacturer. All investments and financial decisions must be taken at users’ own discretion. We are not liable for financial losses or client dissatisfaction with listed proposals.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
